He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association; a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach; a Precision Nutrition (Pn1); and he holds advanced Kettlebell certifications. His diverse clientele includes weekend warriors, world-class athletes, paramilitary members, novice lifters and people looking to shed a few pounds or feel more energetic.
