Dylan Spadaccini

Dylan Spadaccini is a performance coach at the SportsCare Performance Institute. He coaches athletes of all levels, helping them reach their potential in speed, acceleration and strength. He has worked with nationally ranked football teams, Division I athletes and top high school prospects. Previously, he ran the Decathlon and served as a team captain of the track & field team for East Carolina University, where he broke school records in both Heptathlon and Decathlon for three consecutive years. He specializes in sprinting mechanics, lifting technique and Division I athlete preparation. He graduated with a degree in Sports Studies through the College of Health and Human Performance.
