Ben Boudro is the owner and director of strength and conditioning at Xceleration Sports (Auburn Hills, Michigan). He graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a Master's degree in Sports Administration. At Michigan State, he worked as a strength coach for 19 of 25 varsity programs.
